Kerri Carberry and Caren Erickson were a huge help in their quick response and phenomenal client service helping us with the incredible short window we had for closing on our house sale. The were very friendly and did an amazing job, thank you.Posted on Google Jessica Fahey29 May 2026Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Great property management company. Always quick to respond, transparent and did a great job in keeping us in the loop with any changes to our condo. Big or small, they would let us know ex) bobcat sightings in the area, or security concerns, or if contractors would be on site at a certain time etc. Fantastic communicationPosted on Google Paul Lau7 April 2026Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. To whom it may Concern: Regarding Urban Tec Property Management Inc. Urban Tec approached our Condominium Board with information about their services. We invited Urban Tec to meet our Board and the unit owners in our complex. Our condo complex consists of 10 units on two floors. We needed management who were familiar with the requirements of the Alberta Condominium Act and we also required the management of finances and monthly reporting. The Reserve Fund was a concern for our Board as it involved a significant amount of money and we also needed management who were able to assist in running Board meetings and the AGM. Urban Tec has shown themselves to be effective when dealing with the tensions that can develop between unit owners and they have been as been effective in dealing with the maintenance issues that arise during the operation of our complex and they deal with the issues in a timely manner. When we arranged for the change in condo management to proceed, Urban Tec ensured that this occurred in an orderly manner. I can recommend Urban Tec management services and can report that their management of our condo complex occurs with a minimum of involvement being required of our unit owners allowing the unit owners to focus on the operation of their individual businesses. 200 Country Hills Landing Condominium Board Stephen H.
