Known for his calm problem-solving and easy sense of humour, he’s the kind of leader who makes people feel supported. Off the clock, you’ll find him on the golf course (once scoring a $40,000 hole-in-one), tending to his garden, or giving back through community service.

Dean brings over 20 years of real estate experience, including three years leading condominium operations at UrbanTec. A licensed Associate in Condominium Management and Certified Property Manager (CPM®), he’s known for his hands‑on approach and focus on property performance. His background in marketing and sales with a residential developer gives him a keen eye for detail and strong understanding of construction and homeowner needs. Outside work, Dean enjoys hiking and golf.
